Role Overview

Azizi Sultani serves as the Financial and Grants Manager for the Afghan Society of Civil Engineers (AfSCE). In this role, he is responsible for ensuring the organization’s financial stability, maintaining transparency in all monetary transactions, and securing funding for various projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management:

Develop and oversee the annual budget.

Ensure all financial operations adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.

Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports for donors and stakeholders.

 

4. Donor Relations:

Build and maintain relationships with current and potential donors.

Communicate the impact of funding through regular updates and performance reports.

 

5. Financial Strategy Development:

Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making.

Advise on cost-effective practices to optimize the organization’s resources.
