General Manager

Support recruitment, training, and capacity-building efforts within the organization.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.
Address team concerns and mediate conflicts to maintain a productive workplace.
6. Project Oversight:
Supervise the implementation of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the board or leadership team.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in leadership and organizational management.
Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
