Qualifications:

Extensive experience in training and capacity-building, preferably in civil engineering or a related field.

Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.

Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.

Proficiency in developing training materials and using e-learning platforms.

Ability to evaluate program effectiveness and implement improvements.
